We tried them at the Maitland food truck pod, at Lake Lily. My daughter ordered the Mozzarella, Tomato, Basil and Marinated Portabello Mushroom with Balasmic Glaze on Foccacia. She was disappointed in the amount of mushroom in the sandwich, but otherwise thought it was tasty. This may have been because the emphasis of the truck is on cheese. I didn't try it. I did try the full order of mac and cheese,which we shared. The mac and cheese was a delectable, creamy, cheesy, caloric, concoction. Definitely worth trying.
