I didn't try the brisket, since I don't eat red meat, but my husband did. He loved it. In fact, he is a bit jealous because he has been trying to perfect his own brisket and marveled at how juicy and delicious his sandwich was. He wasn't even excited about the whole food- truck- eating- thing, but is now a fan.
